Autopsy Reveals That LASU 200 Level Student Died Of Alcohol

An autopsy conducted for late Miss Omolara Gbadeyan, a 200 level student of Lagos State University, has reportedly shown that she died of natural causes and no foul play can be connected to her passing.
Gbadeyan attended a party hosted by the History and International Studies Students Association on Feb. 11 at an Event Centre at Igando, Igando/Ikotun Local Government Development Area. She reportedly lost her life after consuming a copious amount of alcohol.
According to the doctor who examined her after the incident, “She took excessive alcohol, which she apparently has not taken before; this affected the flow of blood in her brain.”
Mr Tayo Sekoni, the LASUSU President, in an interview with NAN, said the autopsy report confirmed that Gbadeyan’s death was natural and unconnected to anyone.
He said that following the autopsy report, the students union filed a case on behalf of 11 students suspended by the university authority in connection with the incident.
Since nobody was connected to Gbadeyan’s death, the suspension had been lifted by the management.
He said the union taught it was unwise for the suspended students to be ‎ punished for a sin they did not commit and the university‎ authority reasoned with the union’s view.
