The 2017 UTME also has one major change already, there will
be no sales of JAMB scratch cards which have been used for registration
in the past years.
JAMB registrar, Professor Ishaq Oloyede,, said this was to make it easier for those with financial problems to register.
“Students will generate a PIN number for themselves from their phone or computers before registering for examinations,” he said.
