4/7/2016 – 15/07/2016- other faculties exam

16/07/2016- students go down( end of 2015/16 session)

15/08/2016- new students comes into residence for 2016/17 session

15/08/16 -19/08/16 – school/faculties/institutes/departmental boards of studies meets to consider 2015/16 session result

22/08/16- 26/08/16 – business committee meets to consider
